The police are probing into the death of Sasirekha, wife of Harikrishnan, Rapid Action Force policeman, in her house at Mahalingapuram on Vellalore road in Podanur area on Tuesday. Preliminary inquiries revealed that the victim was suffering from a phobia that someone was trying to kill her while she was asleep.
On Tuesday, she was found hanging in her home.
Lockers found empty
The police on Monday found five lockers of the online firm promoters empty even as investigations are on into charges of the firm defrauding investors.
According to the crime branch police, a case was registered against Vivek and Senthilkumar of Fine Futures. With the orders from the Judicial Magistrate, when the police opened their lockers in a new generation bank in R.S. Puram, they found them empty. The probe is also focusing on the role of the brother of one of the promoters and a managerial level employee of the firm in the scam.
