Tangedco lineman electrocuted

A 40-year-old lineman of the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (Tangedco) was electrocuted to death on Thursday morning.

According to police sources, Rajini alias Raghunathan was working on a transformer on the Chettipalayam Road on Podanur when he was electrocuted. He is survived by a wife and two children, a son and a daughter. He was regularised around four years ago.

The Podanur Police have registered a case and are investigating.
