Students told to follow simple lifestyle

Former CBI Director D.R. Karthikeyan distributed degree certificates to a total of 87 students who successfully completed the undergraduate and postgraduate courses, at the 19th graduation day of NIFT-TEA College of Knitwear Fashion held here on Friday.

All the students completed the courses, which were affiliated to Bharathiar University, in 2014.

Of them, 30 had completed B.Sc (Apparel Fashion Designs), 36 graduated in B.Sc (Apparel Manufacturing and Merchandising), five students completed B. Com (Garment Cost Accounts) and eight students each passed M.Sc (Apparel Production) and M.B.A (Apparel Business).

Giving away the certificates, Mr. Karthikeyan advised the students to remain humble and polite even after they were able to achieve success in professional life.

He also asked the students to practice yoga.
