Seven more test positive for swine flu

Seven more students of different schools in the city have tested positive for swine flu, taking the number to 22 in the last couple of days.

According to government hospital sources, swab tests were carried out on the students, both boys and girls, following some students testing positive for the flu in the region. Seven of them tested positive for AH1N1 Influenza last evening.

The parents have been asked to quarantine these students at their respective houses, they said, adding four of them belong to nearby Udhagamandalam.

Fifteen persons, including seven students, tested positive in the first two days of the week.
