Most parts of Erode district witnessed light to moderate showers, which kept the weather pleasant throughout Friday.

The sky remained overcast the whole day and the maximum temperature fell below 28 degree Celsius.

Water level in Bhavanisagar reservoir stood at 85.55 ft. The storage was 18.812 tmcft and the inflow was 350 cusecs.
