Properties of fraudulent firm to be auctioned

Three properties confiscated from persons who cheated investors will be auctioned by the District Revenue Officer at the grievance meeting hall at the District Collectorate on Thursday, June 2.

According to a press release, auction of the properties will be according to the guidelines of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Depositors (Financial Establishments) Act 1997.

The properties include a house site for 9,120 sq.ft. at Arasur Village in Sulur with a base price of Rs. 18.24 lakh, a 3,465 sq.ft. house site valued at Rs. 6.93 lakh at Sri Ayyappa Layout near Sulur, and a 2,350 sq.ft. house site valued at Rs. 21.15 lakh located at Irugur village.

Interested persons can approach the Sulur Tahsildar for having a look at the properties before the date of auction.
