Probe on into missing identity card

The Tirupur North police have commenced an inquiry into the complaint that the identity card belonging to Sakthi Kumar, who works with Indian Army, was missing.

The complaint was given by his wife that her husband missed the identity card near Tirupur railway station. Sakthi Kumar is presently posted in Kashmir.

According to the complainant, the card was lost on July 30.

The couple searched for the card for the next few days but could not recover the same and hence, lodged a complaint with the police.
