The district administration has called for objections from members of the public for publishing data gathered from census enumeration. A release from the district administration says that the administration had decided to publish all data in the draft, minus caste details, except for those who had submitted written objections.

Those who wish not make public their details could file written objections with the Block Development Officers (Block Panchayat) concerned if they resided in rural areas or with the Corporation Commissioner or Assistant Commissioners if they resided within the Coimbatore Corporation limits or with Municipal Commissioners concerned if they resided within municipal limits or with the Executive Officers of the town panchayats concerned if they resided within town panchayat limits.

And they have 15 days to submit their objections. The district administration would construe that those who had not submitted their objections had no problems with the publication of the data.
