Naren Rajan passes away

Naren Rajan, managing director of Tristar Group of Companies, and son of former managing trustee of PSG & Sons Charities V. Rajan, passed away on May 21 in a bike accident in Spain. He was 55.

Naren Rajan did his graduation in engineering at the University of Michigan and established the Tristar Group of Companies here, with interests in real estate and hospitality business. He was an ardent biker and had keen interest in photography.

He belongs to the PSG Narayanaswamy Naidu family and was recently appointed founder trustee of the PSG & Sons Charities representing the family as a founding member. He was also a trustee of Deshabaktha, a non-Governmental organisation. He is survived by his wife Uma Rajan, daughter Rashmi Rajan Kapoor and son-in-law Gaurav Kapoor.
