The Corporation administration conducted a mega health screening camp here on Thursday to identify the beneficiaries under Chief Minister Kalaignar's Insurance Scheme for Life Saving Treatments.

City Health Officer K. R. Jawaharlal said that of the 249 persons screened, 32 were referred for free surgery to be carried out at designated hospitals identified under the scheme, on a later date.
