An entertaining line up of plays awaits you at the The Hindu MetroPlus Theatre Fest starting on December 8. They have all had impressive runs in cities across the country and enjoyed critical acclaim.

The theatre fest kick-starts with evam's ‘Five Point Someone' based on Chetan Bhagat's hugely popular book of the same name. On December 9, Rage Productions of Mumbai offers a bunch of plays woven into a witty, fast paced whole. It is called ‘One on One'. On December 10, once again from Mumbai is ‘Hamlet the Clown Prince' performed by Cinematograph. It has won many awards and much appreciation wherever it has been staged.

The theatre fest concludes on December 11 with ‘Miss Meena'. This is brought to you by Chennai's Perch productions. It is a bold and inventive adaptation of a Swiss play.

The MetroPlus Theatre Fest also invites citizen reviews from the audience. The best review each day will receive a gift voucher worth Rs.2,000 from Nilgiris.
