Drive against stray dogs on court campus

Officials from the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) conducted a drive against stray dogs inside the District Sessions Court Complex for the second day on Saturday.

Following complaints about stray dog menace, the SPCA carried out a drive about a couple of days ago and removed five stray dogs and subjected them to Animal Birth Control programme.

A team led by SPCA Inspector J. Fredrick Vimalan with the help of Corporation workers captured six dogs.
