The team that demolished the old building in the District Collectorate is involved in demolishing this building too. According to the tender norms, the building should be demolished in a month. However, these works are expected to be completed in less than two weeks, after which construction of the new building would begin. The new three-storied structure on an area of 33,700 sq.ft. would be constructed at an estimate of Rs. 6.36 crore.
