Members of Bharatiya Janata Party staged a demonstration near New Bus Stand on Thursday evening demanding resignation of Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde for alleging BJP and RSS behind Hindu terror.

BJP district president Point N. Mani said Mr. Shinde should be removed from the cabinet for his senseless remarks.

The party men were of the view that the statements of Mr. Shinde had tarnished the entire image of the country in the eyes of foreigners.
