A three-day Bakers Technology Fair by Synergy Exposures began at CODISSIA Fair Grounds on Friday.
The fair is aimed at benefiting the baking, catering and confectionery business by bringing the latest technology and innovation to their door steps.
The fair consists of seventy stalls displaying various machinery and equipment required for the baking industry. It also provides solutions for food processing and retail business.
The fair also has a seminar session for both the business operators and the buyers to have some knowledge about the bakery and food industry. It also provides information about some basic equipment to start a home bakery for entrepreneurs with the minimal budget of ₹1 lakh.
The fair has a workshop called Bakers Knowledge Forum to provide and share information about the bakery industry among the operators.
