Aegis Global Academy, an institute to train customer experience managers, has launched a 15-month postgraduate programme in service management.

According to a release, the institute will train customer experience managers, who work for service sectors like telecom, retail, banking, insurance, IT, and healthcare, besides others.

The curriculum will include 65 per cent practicals and 35 per cent theory.

Focus will be on customer centricity, customer experience and customer lifetime value.

Full-fledged classes will begin on September 25.
