Take Two brought together two well-known personalities from different fields for a free-wheeling discussion on likes, dislikes and other matters while our reporters listened in, prompting only when required. Starting with film stars Mammootty and Nandita Das in conversation (published on February 10, 2004), the popular column featured a slew of prominent figures such as musicians L. Subramaniam and Bombay Jayashri, sportspeople Jyotsna Chinappa and Srikkanth, models Tupur and Tapur Basu, designers Rehane and Chaitanya Rao, and dancers Priyadarshini Govind and Alarmel Valli. The column was wound up in December 2007, the last one featuring actor Soha Ali Khan and producer-director Sudhir Mishra.
