Gold coin with potato

Executive Chef S. Mohanraj has more than two decades of experience in the hotel industry. A specialist in Indian Tandoori, Chinese and Continental dishes, he has been with Hotel Gajapria, Tiruchi for the past 15 years.

INGREDIENTS:

Bread: 5 slices

Boiled Potato: Two

Sesame oil: 2 Tsp

Oil: 500 ml

Coriander: Few leaves

Salt: To taste

METHOD:

Crush the boiled potato. Add salt, coriander leaves and mix well. Apply on one side of a bread slice and sprinkle sesame oil. Cut it into small rounds and deep fry till the bread slice turns golden brown in colour. Now the gold coin with potato is ready. Serve hot with garlic sauce.
