It is fluffy, spongy and has enough substance to kindle your taste buds. This one is definitely not for the diabetics, packed with sweetness that it is. Its oil soaked outer part glittering under the light can be quite eye catching. It is very simple to prepare at home. The dough -- made of maida, sugar and cardamom powder – is made into small balls, flattened on the top and then fried in oil. It is an all time snack.
