CHEF KANNAN

INGREDIENTS:

Prawns and garlic: 50gms each

Curry and coriander leaves: Few sprigs

Peppercorn: 10gms

Salt: To taste

Turmeric powder: Two gms

Egg: One

Lime: Two

Oil: 10ml

METHOD:

Clean the prawn and marinate it with lime juice, turmeric powder and salt.

Slightly sauté the prawns in a frying pan.

Heat oil in another frying pan and add chopped garlic. Saute till it turns golden brown in colour. Now add the prawns and season with curry leaves, salt and crushed peppercorn.

Garnish with scrambled egg and chopped coriander leaves.
