On creating jewellery from soft stones, at DakshinaChitra

DakshinaChitra, the heritage centre that promotes the crafts of South India, is organising a workshop on soft stone jewellery-making, from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on November 28.

The workshop will teach how to use soft stone to create ethnic and traditional jewellery, like pendants, ear rings and bangles.

Conveyance to and from DakshinaChitra will be provided from MCF office in Besant Nagar.

The workshop fee, inclusive of materials and transport, is Rs.500.For more information and registration, call 98417 77779 between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
