Ladder to leadership

The matters of mind are not easy to handle but Tarun Ahuja knows the game well. The trainer involved in the sphere for over a decade has closely worked with corporate giants like Airtel, British Airways, Indian Army, Saint Gobain imparting mind techniques to their staff in order to increase their productivity and thus be more successful. Based in Bangalore, the trainer showed up in the field through tie-up with Zig Ziglar and is now on his own. He works strategically to train his protégés and is a strong believer of the master strategist Lord Krishna. His 12 principles to get maximum utilisation of time energetically and effectively are very much inclined to meditation. “Involvement of meditation and spirituality are inevitable since they are accepted and recognised traditionally, however, what is more to it is the unstoppable motivation which is required simultaneously” said Tarun briskly who was in town recently.

The programme he undertakes is unique because of the technique of NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) it is based on. The technique understands that everybody has brain which reacts according to different uses of vocabulary.

“Humans can, in fact, change their life changing the use of words in daily life,” he said, highlighting the connection between psychology and physiology. He delivers a variety of programmes best-suited to the individual on the key area he wants to work upon. He also has come up with an Audio CD on ‘Life Changing Programme’ and mid-way through his book ‘Maximising Success and Experiencing Extraordinary Achievement’.
