Eerie tale

Catch One Missed Call tonight on HBO


Cryptic cell-phone messages foreshadow a series of grisly deaths in “One missed call”, a scary remake of Takashi Milke’s 2003 cult hit. Shannyn Sossamon stars as a young co-ed whose friends begin dying soon after hearing eerie voice mails . Ed Burns plays the detective who finds himself hunting a killer that may exist only in the realm of the supernatural. Watch it on HBO at 9 p.m.
