This dish has a distinct taste and a flavour that you will relish for long. Though vegetarians will not venture near it, it has a curative value. Rich in proteins and lipid, the dish is known to heal peptic ulcer. Marinated and chopped goat intestine is steamed and fried with ample amount of onion. Various finely pounded spices and chilli are added along with a liberal amount of powdered pepper.

Tomato squash and coconut milk enhances and completes the blend. It makes a great side dish for parottas, dosas, uttapams.
