A scribe’s mission

You can’t associate a nonchalant actor like Zayed Khan, son of Sanjay Khan, with a serious journo image.

But that’s what the actor plays in Apoorva Lakhia’s latest espionage flick ‘Mission Istanbul’ that releases on July 25.

Says Zayed Khan, the ‘Main Hoon Na’ boy, who has always wondered at the way journalists go about their jobs, “I’ve not liked the way scribes play peeping toms into peoples’ lives. But the role has taught me that it’s part of the profession to have an inquiring mind. I understand that unless you have a probing mind, you can’t present a complete picture to the reader or viewer.”
