Origami activity

Learn the art of paper folding

This weekend, Oxford Book Store will organise Origami activity. Origami is the ancient Japanese art of paper folding. It helps to create a representation of an object using geometric folds and crease patterns, without the use of gluing or cutting the paper, and using only one piece of square paper. Origami uses a small number of different folds, but they can be combined in a variety of ways to make intricate designs.

The activity begins at Cha Bar at 3 p.m. on July 26. The event is open to all. For details, call: 0422-4204804
