From the environs of his live kitchen in Mynt, Chef Ahmad creates his delicious Lebanese fare. The signature Tabbuleh here makes for a lovely, fresh salad filled with healthy ingredients. The combination of bright green flat parsley which is carefully chopped, flecked with tomato, onion, broken wheat, lemon and salt can be a wonderful summer salad or side dish and served garnished with sliced tomatoes and lemon wedges.
