Recipe of the week
Paneer ka halwa
Ingredients:
Milk: 1 1/2 lt
Paneer: 500 gm
Sugar: 1 cup
Ghee: 1/2 cup
Almonds: 7-8
Rose petals for decoration
Rose water: 2-3 drops
Method: Grate the paneer and add to the boiling milk and cook till thick. Keep on stirring so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Add sugar and stir till all the liquid dries up. Add ghee and stir well till mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Sprinkle rose water and decorate with almonds and rose petals and serve hot.
