A far cry from Popeye

Now kids can read a comic while tucking into a steaming hot, cheesy pizza. Pizza Corner has launched The Adventures of Zzapi Nercor, an all-colour comic series and children to get involved in the series. Publishers say the Zzapi adventure series is aimed at fostering an interactive learning atmosphere.

Zzapi Nercor, the hero of the comic, is from a distant planet called Dinia, where everyone eats only pizzas. He periodically visits planet Earth to spread the message of peace and pizzas to all human beings while also helping earthlings combat all forms of evil. He has three friends — Rahul, Zeenat and Johnny, who are the only humans to know his real identity and they help him in solve the toughest of mysteries. The first episode of this adventure series is titled The Mystery At Thunder Creek.

You can find it at the nearest Pizza Corner dine-in outlet.
