As part of its youth empowerment and community development programme, ExNoRa has formed a new division, called Employment ExNoRa, which will assist youth to find jobs soon after completing their studies and bring the employers and candidates to a common forum.
Employment ExNoRa is also planning to conduct free employment camps at various parts of Chennai and Tamil Nadu.
