Salman Khan v/s Katrina Kaif

Any guesses why this is such a volatile relationship? Even if the reasons are pretty obvious, the duo never really wanted to show how much it they love their split. Till last month, at least. Just before the release of Salman's Dabanng (till then the fate was unknown), the duo spoke out openly about their single status with Salman breaking the news and Kat following it up with tears at a very public event! But only a few weeks after that stand-off, the couple got together for Farah Khan's special song in Tees Maar Khan for whom the director wanted Sallu, Akshay Kumar and Kat to perform. Sallu, being himself, could've easily played truant. But no sir, he was there at the shoot for four entire days and even became cozy with Kat. Who, by the way, reciprocated. Great indeed are your works.

Salman Khan v/s Govinda

Here was a rather miffed dad. The overly overweight and out-of-work Govinda was once rescued by Salman and given a second lease of life with Partner. Apparently Govinda assumed happily that Sallu would build up even daughter Narmadaa's career likewise. Salman preferred to pick Sonakshi for his production Dabanng instead. Govinda sulked in a corner but when he realised that it's all in vain, he decided that something is better than nothing. Don't know about Narmadaa but Govinda is acting with Sallu in David Dhawan's Partner 2.

Amitabh Bachchan v/s Shatrughan Sinha

Indian weddings offer a lot of dramatic twists and turns. The Ash-Abhi wedding too ruffled not some but many feathers – Shotgun Sinha's being among them. Miffed at not being invited to one of his best friend's son's wedding, Shatrughan refused to accept the box of sweets which AB sent across to the Sinha household. Then in 2008, Shatrughan Sinha insinuated that the IIFA Awards nomination list read like it was specially done up for the Bachchan family! It was AB's time to lash out now on his blog. But last month this great animosity ended at Shabana Azmi's birthday party where AB and Shotgun met like long-lost friends. The former spoke glowingly about Sonakshi's debut while the latter congratulated him for the National Award for Paa. It's all about loving your family, isn't it?

Farah Khan v/s Deepika Padukone

They kept denying a rift but the air was thick with reports of a cold war between the hit-producing director and her protégé. They claimed to be in touch with each other but were reported to turn away their faces whenever they happened to meet. In time, little Miss Deepika has realised it doesn't make any business sense to ignore Farah whose films make waves even before release. When she was not even considered for Farah's Tees Maar Khan, Deepika decided it was best to kiss-and-make-up sooner than later. We hear that Farah's husband Shirish Kunder is planning to cast her in his next film Joker starring Akshay Kumar. So surprising, isn't it?

Ashutosh Gowariker v/s Sajid Khan

This one was a rather amusing fight. It played out at an awards' ceremony and Ashutosh insisted on the channel telecasting it for all to see. The story. Sajid was playing his own sarcastic self mocking everyone in sight. He decided to pick on Harman Baweja, who, poor fellow, wasn't even present, and wax eloquently about his ‘non-existent' acting skills. That did it for Ashutosh who was filming What's Your Rashee? at that moment with Harman and Priyanka. He came on stage and blasted Sajid for his jibes. A heated exchange of words followed and they never looked at each other thereafter. But, miracles happen and at producer Ramesh Taurani's daughter Nisha's wedding brunch the two directors were behaving like Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum.

Fight Club

Fights keep the public interested and the recent spate o kiss-and-make-up tales has made us very worried about what would happen if the following spats also ended.

1. SRK and Salman

2. SRK and Farah Khan

3. Katrina and Kareena

4. Bipasha and Katrina

5. Priyanka and Katrina
