The Hangout : Coles Park, the area’s most famous landmark
The Location : On Promenade Road, parallel to the road on which the college is located.
Rush Hour : After class hours
What's to love: This is where the students come to unwind after a hectic day at college. While some love sitting around in the park under the shade of the broad trees, others simply go for a nice long stroll when time permits them to.
It's obviously a spacious area to catch up with friends from other colleges nearby.
For those who come here to grab a bite, the vendors just outside the park are a huge attraction. They sell everything from ice golas and cotton candy to bhel puri and roasted peanuts.
Group assignments are usually discussed here. This is definitely a paradise for nature lovers.
Those who travel by public transport find that this is a convenient place to hangout as the bus stop is situated along the park's footpath.
What's not to: This isn't the place to be at on rainy days.
Alternative: The host of eateries and cafes that line Mosque Road
