Fashion designers, models and, well, Kim Kardashian, have teamed up with beauty brands to bring you exclusive collections of makeup that’s sure to keep buyers enticed. Add those two glorious words “limited edition”, and you’re going to be sold out in minutes. Here are five collabs that should be on your must-buy list.
Chrissy Teigen X Becca
Model Chrissy Teigen is a cookbook writer and social media darling - besides being married to the golden-voiced John Legend. Among her many collaborations, this tie-up with Australian cult beauty brand Becca Cosmetics is her most popular one. The limited edition Glow Face Palette features a blush, a bronze and two highlighters - basically everything you’ll need to recreate Teigen’s trademark glow. Priced at $46 (₹2,929) at sephora.com
Masaba X Lakme
Multi-tasking fashion designer Masaba Gupta has stepped into the makeup world with her candy-inspired collection of lipsticks with Lakmé. The range picks up nostalgia points for naming the collection Candy Land, after from the 80s, with names like Mango Bite and Melody. Colours range from a bright matte red to our pick - an experimental purple, called Rola Cola. Priced at 750 at nykaa.com.
Kim Kardashian West x Kylie Cosmetics
Taking their sisterly bond to the next level, Kim Kardashian West collaborated with her sister on a limited edition collection for Kylie Cosmetics. The result? Liquid lipsticks in four shades of nude to match almost any skintone. All four shades are named after KKW herself, and why should that be surprising. They sold out within minutes of being launched, but there’s always bound to be a restock. Priced at $45 (₹2,866) at kyliecosmetics.com.
