According to a press release, Ashok Nagar Progressive Women’s Association, as part of its 17th anniversary celebration, will conduct competitions and games at 3 p.m. on July 21 at Lakshmi Hall, Ashok Nagar. There will be a demonstration on parotta making using Naga Maida. LG will also conduct a quiz and a demonstration on microwave cooking.
There will be cookery contest in which participants are expected to prepare an innovative tea time snack for children using Naga Maida. Besides, there will be a medical check-up, conducted by Primax Scans.
Tests pertaining to bone density, electrocardiography, body mass index, blood pressure, and diabetes will be done. The prizes for the event will be sponsored by Balaji Pearls. Television and film artist Neelima Rani will be the chief guest.
