Book launched

The book ‘Corporate Chanakya-Tamil’, penned by Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai, a renowned author and founder-director of Chanakya Institute of Public Leadership was launched recently at a function by Chennai Corporation Deputy Mayor P. Benjamin. Oxford Bookstore and Jaico Publications brought out this book, which is a comprehensive guide on leadership, management and training.

The launch was followed by an interactive session which threw light on Chanakya’s insight on business management and the value of its application in fields of business organisation, strategy, decision making, finance, time management and obligations of a leader.

Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai, founder-director of Chanakya Institute of Public Leadership, has studied the ancient ‘Arthashastra’, at Chinmaya International Foundation, Kerala, under the guidance of Dr. Gangadharan Nair. He was honoured with the Sardar Patel National award in 2009, for his extensive research on Chanakya and his principles.
