INGREDIENTS:

Chicken: 100 gms

Salt, ajinomoto and white pepper: One pinch each

Egg mixture: One Tsp

Corn flakes: One Tsp

Corn flour : One pinch

Oil :100 ml

METHOD:

Mince the chicken finely. Add salt, ajinomoto and pepper to the minced chicken. Then add egg and blend it well.

Dip the above mixture in corn flakes and prepare dumplings. Deep fry them in oil. Divide the dumplings into two halves.

Garnish with olives on top. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
