Full text of Narayana Murthy's Aug. 14 letter slamming Infosys Board

The letter hits out at Board saying it had not "created checks and balances required in any well-run company".

Among the reasons cited by Vishal Sikka for his resignation as CEO of Infosys, was “a continuous stream of distractions and disruptions over the recent months and quarters, increasingly personal and negative as of late.” The divide between the Board of Infosys, which has expressed it support for Mr. Sikka, and its founders has been out in the open for some time.

In this context, here is the full text of a letter from co-founder Narayana Murthy that was sent to his advisors on August 14, which hits out at Board saying it had not "created checks and balances required in any well-run company".
