Yadav, Shami put India on top

Umesh Yadav and Mohammad Shami took four wickets apiece as India dismissed West Indies for just 243 in their first innings. Amit Mishra accounted for the other two wickets.

Ishant Sharma dismissed the hosts’ top scorer from the first innings, Kraigg Brathwaite (74 and 2), to reduce them to 21 for 1 at the end of day 3. They still trail India’s first innings score of 566 for 8 declared by 302 runs.

While Narsingh alleges a conspiracy against him, both his samples turning positive has seriously dented his chances of representing India at the Games.
