At present being shot in Texas, the film stars Heather Graham, Jennifer Coolidge, Matthew Settle, Joey Lauren Adams and Amber Heard. It marks the directing debut of veteran cinematograher John Inwood from the popular US award winning TV show "Scrubs".

In a statement issued here on Friday, Ronnie Screwvala, CEO of UTV said over the last few years, UTV has forged working relationships with leading studios in Hollywood and with top acclaimed international talent. "Our association led to some unique projects like 'The Namesake', 'I think I love my wife' and 'The Happening'. 'Ex-Terminators" is our first independent production in the U.S. It is a great script coupled with talent behind the camera and in front of it," he said.

"Ex-Terminators" is a dark comedy centering on Alex (Graham),a lonely accountant whose one act of rage results in her being sentenced tocourt ordered therapy. There she meets Stella (Coolidge), the owner of a small extermination business who uses her car as a weapon, and Nikkie (Heard), a dental technician with the face of an angel and the mind of a sociopath. Together these women will form their own "silent revolution" wrecking havoc on the abusive men in their lives, Ronnie said.
