Mumbai (PTI): The metropolis received light showers today.

The Colaba station of the meteorology department recorded 0.6 mm of rainfall, while the Santacruz station recorded 14.4 mm, MeT officials said.

Transport facilities in the city were running smoothly and there were no disruptions reported in road, rail or air traffic.

The meteorology department has forecasted spells of rains and thundershowers over the next 24 hours.
