    US condemns Bangalore blasts

New Delhi (PTI): The US has condemned the serial bomb blasts in Bangalore as a "criminal" act and said there can be no justification for such terror attacks on innocent people.

"The US condemns the terrorist attacks that occurred in and around Bangalore this afternoon," its embassy said in a statement here.

"There can be no possible justification for the attack on innocent people," the statement said referring to the nine blasts that rocked Bangalore within a span of minutes.

The embassy extended its condolences to victims of "these criminal acts" and their families.
