Worth a billion!

Rakesh Roshan and Hrithik Roshan aren't revealing much about their next film, Kites. But speculation is that Eros International has bought the world rights of Kites for $25 million or Rs. 1 billion. US-based Spanish model Barbara Mori will act opposite Hrithik.

Priyanka returns

Last year, Priyanka Chopra was content with guest appearances in Om Shanti Om and My Name is Anthony Gonsalves. This year, expect four films from her - Love Story 2050 with her beau Harman Baweja, Fashion directed by Madhur Bhandarkar, God Tussi Great Ho with Salman and Amitabh Bachchan and Drona with Abhishek Bachchan.

Egypt carnival for Punjabi story

If you wondered why Katrina Kaif skipped the last few matches of IPL, the actress was shooting with Akshay Kumar in Egypt for Siingh is King (blame the double `i' on numerology). Akki and Katrina come together after Hum ko Deewana Kar Gaye, Namastey London and Welcome. The duo shot with the unit at Luxor's Karnac temple and Hatshepsuts temple before moving to Cairo. The Egyptian tourism consulate was only too happy to host the unit and see that Egypt tourism gets a fillip.

Another son arrives

After Mithun's son Mimoh and Anupam Kher's son Sikander, it's Shekar Suman's son Adhyayan Suman's turn to debut this year. Adhyayan stars in Kumar Mangat's production Haal-e-Dil, as a rich spoilt brat and an incorrigible flirt. Adhyayan has no telly dreams unlike his father and took the New York Film Institute route to reach Bollywood.
