Actor Vishal seems to be in the news a lot these days, and for the right reasons. It was only last week that he launched his own music label amidst much fanfare. And now, the star has tied up with the makers of a new film, Jeeva .
His Vishal Film Factory has acquired the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of the Vishnu-Vishal-Sridivya-starrer.
The film revolves around cricket, and comedian Soori plays an important character. Interestingly, Jeeva has been directed by Suseenthiran, who earlier worked with Vishal in Pandiya Naadu that rocked the box office. Most of the technicians who worked in Pandiya Naadu , including D Imman, Mathie and Anthony, have also teamed up for Jeeva , which is slated for a September 26 release.
