INGREDIENTS:

For whole wheat bread

Wheat flour: One cup

Maida: One Tbsp

Milk: A few drops

Olive oil: One tsp

Salt: To taste

For stuffing

Shredded mixed vegetables: cabbage, carrot, beans, celery, green chilli, bell pepper [red and green] and onion

Turmeric powder: One pinch

Garam Masala: One Tbsp

Lemon juice or vinegar: One Tsp

Red chilli paste: One Tsp (boil red chilli with vinegar and ginger]

Salt: To taste

METHOD:

Mix salt, wheat flour and maida, keep adding milk slowly to form a soft dough. Set aside for 15 minutes.

For stuffing, heat oil and sauté onions till golden brown. Mix all the shredded vegetables. Add garam masala, chilli paste and turmeric powder. Cook till vegetables are crunchy. Mix lemon juice or vinegar and remove from fire. Make dough into a chappati. Spread sweet and sour sauce- a mixture of curd, tamarind chutney and green chutney. Add one tablespoon of stuffing and seal the bottom of wrap. Close tightly on both sides. Serve with garlic sauce or tomato ketchup.
