Hair fall is the most common outcome of dandruff. Why it happens and how to handle it is the important question. There can be two major reasons for hair fall — internal and external. When your system is not fit, when you don’t eat, sleep or work out properly, your hair starts falling and, at times, also happens when you neglect your hair. The important thing is to balance both. Improve your lifestyle by eating healthy, sleeping enough and peacefully, and, of course, working out regularly. The other part is to treat hair properly, wash it daily to keep it clean, using appropriate products, handling it gently, and yes, consulting hair professionals for styling. The quality and growth of your hair cannot be improved instantly, but with regular care, it definitely improves. If you are confused regarding what is good for your hair, ask professionals, but don’t experiment. Following random suggestions from people can also damage your hair, as it needs specific attention and care which only a professional can tell you after examining your hair. Do what is good for your hair, rather than what appeals to you.
