The contest will be judged by the hotel’s pastry chef. The participants of first 10 entries, along with the winners, will get a chance to attend a dessert-making workshop with Hyatt Regency’s head pastry chef. The five best recipe winners receive hampers from Biscotti, the gourmet deli shop at Hyatt Regency.
