The dish is a variety fare perfect for gala dinners. Vegetables like carrot, French beans, potato, cauliflower and cabbage are finely chopped and fried in oil with chopped onions and garlic. Boiled noodles are added followed by paneer and mushroom pieces. After a deep fry with chilli and tomato sauces, the dish is garnished with slit capsicum and chaat powder.
