This North Indian sweet is perfect to be part of your Diwali delights. Containing the richness of cashew and ghee, it is high in calories but a real tempt for sweet lovers. Grinded cashew paste and sugar are heated in khadai, till it hardens. Vanilla powder, colouring agents, pineapple essence and ghee are added and mixed. Once solidified, the peda can be made into any shape.
