The evening seethed with high energy and intensity as singer Poojan Kohli, music director Sricharan Pakala along with popular Vizag band Kairoz took music lovers on a memorable melodious journey at Gurujada Kalakshetram last weekend.

Singer Poojan Kohli kicked off the concert with a tasteful rendition of Bollywood songs ranging from foot-tapping numbers like ‘Doorie’ to slow romantic rhythms with ‘Mei Tenu Samjhawan’.

A student of Timpany school and GITAM University, Poojan strayed into Telugu playback singing with the film ‘Kiss’.

He has performed in live concerts across Canada last year and rocked the stage at the recently held Visakha Utsav.

The euphoric crowd who gathered near the stage let themselves swing to the soulful musical experience.

The concert was soon taken to an infectious level of power-packed music with music director Sricharan Pakala, the band Kairoz and singer Ambika Sashithal.

In the beginning, a classical dance performance by Akansha Mohanthi set the mood for the evening.

The memorable evening culminated with Poojan belting out the song ‘Pilla Bagundi’ from ‘Kiss’ and a medley of Kishore Kumar songs, blending with punchy music into one entertaining high gig.

The event was managed by Razzmatazz and organised by Global Support Organization to support a charitable project.
