Romance and relationships will continue to dominate the seventh season of “MTV’s Splitsvilla”

MTV’s Splitsvilla is going to be in its seventh season this week. The controversial show about relationships will feature seven male contestants and 20 girls who would fight their way to ‘fairy tale romance’ in Jaipur’s Samode Palace.

During a press conference in the Capital, co-host Sunny Leone seemed all excited about the show. “Having seen the previous seasons of the show, I’m looking forward to having a great time.” Asked about how she got engaged with the show, Sunny said, “It was during the Ragini MMS -2 that I hosted a few episodes of MTV-Haunted and that is when the channel approached me for hosting Splitsvilla. I couldn't say no.”

For Sunny, this will be her first small-screen stint as a host after being a reality show participant while Nikhil Chinapa, MTV veteran and Splitsvilla host for 7th time is all pumped up about the new season. He says this time the tasks are more daring, stressful and strenuous.

“I have always maintained that it’s the contestants that make any show special and I think this year we have easily the best cast ever,” said Nikhil. “Apart from the cast, I think Sunny will add to the watchability, not just because of her being in news or being an attractive person, but mostly because of her interaction with the contestants which is extremely endearing and engaging. Though we are diametrically opposing personalities – she is more cheerful and I’m more serious, we’re on the same page when it comes taking the conversation and action forward. It’s like salt and pepper.”
